Engg from Banaras Hindu University, started his

Mr. M.S. Parija
Mr. M.S. Parija, also a B.Sc. Engg from
Banaras Hindu University with around 47
years of professional experience, retired as the
Executive Director, National Aluminium
Company Ltd. (NALCO), a Navratna Company.
As the Chief Resident Executive for Jindal
India Thermal Power Ltd. he successfully
commissioned 1200 MW Thermal Power plant
and 1 million tonne Steel plant.

Mr. R. G. Yadav
Mr. Yadav completed his Mechanical
Engineering from Motilal Nehru Regional
Engineering College, Allahabad (now NIT,
Allahabad) and MBA (Finance) from FMS, Delhi
University.
In his career spanning over 32 years, he has
largely been associated with various Public
Sector Undertakings essentially in the Power
sector.
He has tremendous exposure regarding all
aspects of project management. He has been
keenly associated with all the facets of projects
ranging from concept till commissioning &
including planning, engineering, construction,
operations & management, commercial,
personnel, finance of transmission systems etc.
Mr. S.P. Sharma
Mr. Sharma is MBA from BHU and CAIIB from
Indian Institute of Bankers and also alumni of
International EDP at INSEAD (France & Singapore).
In a career spanning around 32 years, he has had a
vast exposure of the financial sector having worked
with IIBI, OBC, and IFCI. He possesses rich
experience in project appraisal (financial) of
infrastructure as well as non-infrastructure sector in
medium and large scale sector and also substantial
experience in business development, credit risk
management, business restructuring including
corporate debt restructuring, NPA management,
formulation of rehabilitation packages under aegis of
BIFR/AAIFR/RBI etc.
Mr. Sharma, as head of credit team of IFCI had
achieved sanction and disbursement figure of Rs
13000 crore and Rs 9500 crore in a year, the highest
ever in IFCI’s 60 years history.
In the year 2012, as head of syndication team in
IFCI, he did syndication of about Rs 4000 crore of
loans and achieved financial closure (mainly power
projects) in merely 9 months.
With his rich experience and background

Mr. Atul Mishra
Mr. Atul Mishra, an Electrical Engineer by profession with over 30 years of experience, is an established name in the power sector.
He has developed several projects (both coal & gas based) of size up to 1000 MW as the Group Head and has advised on projects cumulating over 8000 MW.
He has a wide exposure in various aspects of project development, including site identification, land acquisition, obtaining permits & approvals, interaction with regulatory authorities & other agencies.
Additionally, he has a rich experience of structuring EPC/Non-EPC contracts, power sale/evacuation/interconnection agreements etc. financial closure, strategic advise on project identification, restructuring, takeover strategy of partially completed/running projects etc.

Mr. Amit Pandey
Mr. Amit Pandey, an Electrical Engineer from
Delhi College of Engineering, is also an eminent
name in the Power Industry. He later completed
his Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing
Management from FMS, Delhi University.
With around 37 years of professional experience,
he has been associated with the Rolls-Royce
Group of companies as the Profit Centre Head
and Director in associated companies.
He is also a member of the Institution of Gas
Turbine & Diesel Engineers.
With his multi-faceted experience of the Oil &
Gas Industry and the Power Sector, he provides a
